Behind the scenes.

Some people fall in love with the thrill of being on set—the lights, the chaos, the action. Me? I fell in love with what happens behind the scenes. The quiet magic of storytelling through visuals, where every frame is crafted with intention.
I’m a 27-year-old digital artist based in Vienna, Austria, passionate about creating compelling visuals that bring stories to life. My journey into filmmaking started between 2016 and 2018 when I attended film school. There, I dabbled in everything from directing to production, but what truly captivated me was the artistry behind the camera—fixing it in post.
After graduating, I joined a Vienna-based film company, where I gained hands-on experience in the industry. I worked as a production assistant, picked up invaluable skills, and even became the sole editor for a YouTube table tennis channel—yes, table tennis can be surprisingly intense!
In 2019, I had the incredible opportunity to be mentored by none other than Josh Parks, whose expertise propelled my Nuke compositing skills forward by miles. After nine months of intense, hands-on learning, I had a solid foundation and a burning drive to push further.
The following year, I took on an apprenticeship at Screen Scene, sharpening my skills in roto and prep work—an essential but often underappreciated part of the compositing process.
Then came August 2020, when I joined RiseFX to work on the Marvel TV series Hawkeye. My role focused on shot preparation and assisting fellow artists to keep production on track. That experience opened the door to working on The Last Voyage of the Demeter, where I tackled more complex shots involving seamless CG integration—diving even deeper into the craft.

Next, I had the chance to collaborate with Vast on Wes Anderson’s Asteroid City and Wes Anderson & Roald Dahl’s The Wonderful Story of Henry Sugar. These projects challenged me in new ways, from meticulously retiming plates to blending them seamlessly across shots. Achieving precise reference retiming and intricate integration tested my skills—but that’s what makes the job exciting.
Since then, I’ve had the chance to work on a diverse range of projects, from high-energy commercials to captivating TV series. No matter the challenge—whether it’s refining intricate CG shots or diving into the ever-evolving world of Unreal Engine—I’m always ready to push my creative boundaries.
I thrive on learning from seasoned artists, constantly expanding my skill set, and staying ahead in this fast-moving industry. Beyond my passion for taking on exciting projects, I’m also looking for opportunities abroad—new challenges, new teams, and new creative horizons to explore.
